These Terms govern your use of the PROTO pre-launch website and waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
PROTO is currently in pre-launch. Information on the site is provided for the purpose of testing interest, collecting waitlist signups, and sharing launch updates. The site does not necessarily represent a final commercial offer, and product details may change before launch.
Joining the waitlist does not create a purchase contract and does not guarantee product availability. By joining the waitlist, you request to receive updates about PROTO and related launch information. We may refuse, limit, or remove waitlist registrations in cases of suspected abuse, duplicate entries, technical error, or violation of these Terms.
PROTO is offering an early access incentive as part of this pre-launch campaign.

The offer is not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable. Shipping limitations, market availability, and final launch conditions may apply. Any taxes, duties, or additional charges not explicitly covered by PROTO are the responsibility of the recipient.
PROTO products are not currently guaranteed to be available for sale in all markets. Any launch dates, shipping plans, or product details shown on the site are indicative only and may change.
We try to present product descriptions accurately, but all information on the site is preliminary and subject to change, including: ingredients, nutritional values, flavor descriptions, packaging, pricing, launch timing, and market availability. You should not rely on pre-launch information as final product labeling.
You agree not to: misuse the site, attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security, submit false or misleading information, use automated tools to submit waitlist entries without permission, or infringe our rights or the rights of others.
All content on the site, including branding, text, images, designs, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to PROTO unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit site content without prior written permission.
The site may use third-party tools or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third parties.
The site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee: uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, that the site will always be secure, or that pre-launch information will remain unchanged.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PROTO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on pre-launch information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the site or remove waitlist entries at any time if reasonably necessary, including for security, abuse prevention, legal reasons, or technical issues.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

Niniejszy Regulamin określa zasady korzystania ze strony pre-launch PROTO oraz z waitlisty. Korzystając ze strony lub zapisując się na waitlistę, akceptujesz ten Regulamin. Jeżeli nie zgadzasz się z jego treścią, nie korzystaj ze strony.
PROTO znajduje się obecnie na etapie pre-launch. Informacje na stronie służą do testowania zainteresowania, zbierania zapisów na waitlistę i przekazywania aktualizacji dotyczących premiery. Strona nie musi stanowić ostatecznej oferty handlowej, a szczegóły produktu mogą ulec zmianie przed premierą.
Dołączenie do waitlisty nie oznacza zawarcia umowy sprzedaży i nie gwarantuje dostępności produktu. Zapisując się na waitlistę, wyrażasz chęć otrzymywania aktualizacji o PROTO i związanych z premierą informacji. Możemy odmówić przyjęcia zgłoszenia, ograniczyć je lub usunąć w przypadku podejrzenia nadużycia, duplikatów, błędu technicznego lub naruszenia niniejszego Regulaminu.
W ramach kampanii pre-launch PROTO oferuje zachętę dla osób zapisujących się na waitlistę.
Oferta jest uzależniona od dostępności i może zostać zmieniona, wstrzymana lub anulowana. PROTO zastrzega sobie prawo do: weryfikacji uprawnień, określenia ważnego zapisu, wykluczenia zgłoszeń zduplikowanych lub fałszywych, ustalenia kolejności kwalifikujących się zgłoszeń, zastąpienia starter packa podobną alternatywą oraz zmiany terminu premiery lub struktury kampanii.
Oferta nie podlega wymianie na gotówkę i nie może być przenoszona. Mogą obowiązywać ograniczenia wysyłki i dostępności rynkowej. Wszelkie podatki i cła nieujęte w ofercie PROTO ponosi odbiorca.
Dostępność produktów PROTO w sprzedaży nie jest obecnie gwarantowana na wszystkich rynkach. Wszelkie daty premiery i plany wysyłki mają charakter orientacyjny i mogą ulec zmianie.
Staramy się przedstawiać opisy produktów w sposób rzetelny, jednak wszystkie informacje na stronie mają charakter wstępny i mogą ulec zmianie. Nie należy traktować informacji pre-launch jako ostatecznej etykiety produktu.
Zobowiązujesz się nie nadużywać strony, nie zakłócać jej działania, nie podawać fałszywych informacji, nie używać narzędzi automatycznych do zapisu oraz nie naruszać naszych praw.
Wszelkie treści na stronie są własnością PROTO lub są używane na podstawie licencji. Nie wolno kopiować ani reprodukować treści bez uprzedniej pisemnej zgody.
Nie ponosimy odpowiedzialności za treści, regulaminy ani praktyki prywatności podmiotów trzecich.
Strona i wszystkie treści są udostępniane w stanie „tak jak są" w najszerszym zakresie dopuszczalnym przez prawo.
W najszerszym zakresie dopuszczalnym przez prawo PROTO nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za pośrednie lub następcze szkody wynikające z korzystania ze strony.
Możemy zawiesić lub zakończyć dostęp do strony w dowolnym momencie, jeżeli będzie to rozsądnie konieczne.
Niniejszy Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu, chyba że obowiązkowe przepisy ochrony konsumenta w kraju Twojego zwykłego pobytu stanowią inaczej.
